Urbana Catering Concepts offers a selection of menu packages & pricing to meet your needs. Whether it’s a working lunch with the basics or a sophisticated dinner to impress, we deliver!
We require advance 48-hour notice to fully accommodate your order. We will try to accommodate all orders placed after that time, based on availability.
Urbana has a 24-hour cancellation policy on all orders. Orders cancelled within this 24-hour window of delivery time are subject to full charges.
If your event requires non-disposable items, we make arrangements to pick them up at an agreed-upon time following the event. For weekday deliveries, pick-ups will be made or arranged by 5pm on the day of the delivery. Pick-up times for weekend deliveries are based on staff availability and may be subject to additional charges for labor, fuel, etc.
One (1) pick-up is made per delivery at no extra charge. If additional pick-ups are required, additional delivery charges will apply.
Delivery to Raleigh:
We appreciate 24-hour notice for Raleigh, Eastern Wake, RTP, Durham and Chapel Hill areas. Delivery charges apply.
Delivery Outside the Triangle:
At least 48-hours' notice will ensure that we can meet your requests.
Additional delivery charges apply to extended areas.
Standard delivery service includes disposable plates, napkins & utensils necessary for the meal. Beverages can be ordered to compliment your meal.
Urbana Catering Concepts also offers full-service catering events. We include linens, glassware, flatware, china, fabulous props and arrange staffing fit for your special occasion that is sure to please. Please inquire about our special events services.
